General Information:
Every aid station will have water and Hummingbird Electrolyte Running Fuel. There will also be a selection of snacks, junk food, and fruit.
This is a cupless race so please bring a 2 bottle or bladder system to get you from aid station to aid station.
If you wish to place a drop bag with your supplies at an aid station or want to leave one at the start/finish please limit them in size to a grocery store shopping bag for aid stations and a backpack or small bag for the start/finish line. 1-gallon ziplock bags work great for aid stations. Note: your aid station drop bags will be very slow to return to the finish line. Any items not claimed by end of day will be thrown away or donated.
